Purchasers and purchasing Residents will own their dwellings.

- Properties are exempt from Stamp Duty

- If you wish to purchase a dwelling, please contact us to arrange a viewing of the show house, you can then choose the house of your choice.
- As numbers are limited, and demand is high we advise you to make an early appointment to avoid disappointment
- On choosing your preferred house and forwarding us your name and address, and your solicitor details, a Purchase Contract will be issued to your Solicitors as soon as possible. 10% of the full purchase price is payable at Contract signing
